Downtime

Pre-Downtime

A summary of the processes needed to get downtime live - in no particular order.

Pre-Processor

• Run this even if Steve has already done the Guerdon shit - it is needed for the Bourse
• Run the Downtime preprocessor to remove all guerdon from all entites, remove treasure from armies, forts and spy networks and move bourse titles to Marta.

Guerdon

• Set the Guerdon for all areas based on announcement by Quartermaster General.

Imperial Army Orders

• Get the list of Imperial Army orders from Graeme and enter onto the system.

Mandates

• Check all mandates that passed.
• Remove the liao from the character's inventory.
• Apply any downtime effects as appropriate.

Plot Team

• Check with plot team for any new downtime plot effects.

Existing Plot Effects

• Check the existing report of Active Plot Effects in the database reports.
• Remove any that are no longer valid.

Rituals

• Check region, territory and nation and imperial level rituals on the ritual processor

Military Actions

• Remove any expired military unit actions, fleet actions - check data report Downtime - Military Resource Options
• Add any new military unit actions
• Add any new fleet actions
• Add any new forts
• Add any new spy networks
• Add any new armies

Ports

• Remove any expired trading ports - check Downtime - Ports Available
• Add any new trading ports

Treasure Types

• Set new treasure type for any spy networks, armies and forts and military actions

Great Works

• Check that great works completed before the event are activated

Wiki Pages

• Check Archive:Civil_Service_Reports and update all post-event pages

Rituals

• Check for any old style Arcane Projections submitted - look for rituals cast last event named "Arcane Projction"

Territories

• Check all conquered territories with Graeme/Andy - check Downtime - Conquered Territories

Admin Update

• Let Cordie know of any free resource change options arising
• Let Cordie know of any other downtime/campaign plots that will affect emails to admin

Imperial Lore/Urizen Lore/Wintermark Lore

• Update rituals put into Imperial/Urizen Lore
• Update items put into Wintermark Lore

Post Downtime

Artifacts

• Process all artifacts

One-Off Downtime Actions

Remove broker of the Broken Shore from his position after E4 downtime.

Pre Event

Check New Structures

• Check any commissions have been completed
